Question : How does get paid to Social Bookmark on CodexFind works?

Answer : CodexFind has developed a new and exciting way for members of our site to earn revenue by submitting links of articles, forum discussions, videos and images (Social bookmarking). CodexFind allows three unique ways for members to earn revenue from social bookmarking, here is how it works.
1. When a user makes a search within CodexFind, and the displayed search results show one of your submitted links, a bar of your Google ads will appear under the title. For example if a user were to search “Michael Jackson” , and you previously submitted a link related to “Michael Jackson”, your link will appear within the search results, here is an example below of where your ad will appear.

2. When people find your submitted links (which were submitted to CodexFind) through search engines such as Google or Yahoo they will be directed to a page where the title and description of your link will show. There will be Google ads around this page. This is also the page on CodexFind where users are able to make and view comments.

3. When you submit a link of a video from a major site such as Youtube, CodexFind automatically embeds the video as if it was uploaded (this means that your video will appear within CodexFind and not to leave to an external site). This gives you greater opportunity to gain more ad revenue, as people will not leave your page to view the video which you submitted.

Question : How does get paid to upload on CodexFind works?

Answer : When users upload content (articles, videos and images) on CodexFind, Google Adsense automatically places targeted ads around the uploaded post. If the viewer finds these ads of interest and clicks ad revenue is earned. When others view your content, ads will appear, 8 out of ten times the ads will have your Adsense ID attached (the revenue from that ad goes to you) and the other 2 ads out of 10 will have Codex Find’s Adsense ID attached. This creates an 80/20 revenue split in your favor as part of the revenue sharing program.

Question : What is the Revenue Sharing Program?

Answer : This is CodexFind’s revenue generating opportunity for its users. Since CodexFind relies on its users to submit and upload content we provide incentives to do so using Google Adsense.
Here is how it works:
1 Firstly you must have an Active Google Adsense Account.

2. Already have an active Google Adsense account? Enter your Google Adsense ID within the box provided within your profile (this is located by clicking on Modify within your profile).

3. Google Ads will now appear around your content every time a search is made or your content is discovered.

4. Every time an ad shows around your content, an “impression occurs”. Clicks made on these Ads generate revenue.

5. For every 10 impressions, 8 of which belong to you, the owner of the content, while the remaining 2 belongs to CodexFind.

6. All the revenue generated from those 8 impressions goes to you. Meaning, you get 100% of all revenue generated from those 8 impressions.

Question : What do I need to participate in the Revenue Sharing Program?

Answer : Users are required to have an active Google Adsense account. If you do not have one you can apply for an account by visiting www.adsense.google.com (while signing up for Adsense, enter your profile link as your website link, example: http://www.codexfind.com/user.php?login=username)

To make use of your Google Adsense Account and to begin making revenue on CodexFind, users are required to click on the profile button which is located in the top right hand corner. Once within your profile page the user is required to click on the modify button. The user is required to enter their Google Adsense ID in the blank space named “Adsense id” and click save. Once this information has been saved the user will begin to earn revenue in accordance with our revenue sharing program.

Question : What is an Impression?

Answer : An impression occurs whenever an ad appears on your page. When people click on these ads, revenue is generated. If the ads which are clicked on belong to a registered user of the revenue sharing program they will receive a share (8 out of 10) of the impressions. This revenue is then paid to the user.

Question : How do I report a bug, problem or abuse?

Answer : To ensure the general welfare of its users, CodexFind takes all forms of abuse, irregularities, and problems seriously. But we cannot do this on our own, which is why users are encouraged to be vigilant against any act which violates the User Terms & Conditions and make the most of the website contact us page to report them to the CodexFind team. CodexFind will try its best to address all of these concerns accordingly and efficiently. Alternatively, some problems, specifically those involving content, can be reported by flagging them.

Question : Someone duplicated my content, how did this happen?

Answer : CodexFind makes it clear within its policy that it is against the submission or uploading of duplicated content, although the website cannot entirely ensure that duplicate content will not be posted. This could happen when two identical items were uploaded/submitted by two different users virtually at the same time. This is because it takes a short time before the CodexFind system records the recently submitted original content, which means that there is no way to check for duplicates within that short span of time.

Duplicate content could also be submitted/uploaded because although the content itself is a duplicate of the original, the duplicate may have a different title or it may have originated from another URL, which the filter may sometimes overlook.

Nevertheless, CodexFind continues to improve and find ways to ultimately keep duplicates from occurring within the website. With your help, we can make sure that the content that CodexFind provides remains original for everyone to enjoy.

Question : How do I report people who are being rude in the comments section?

Answer : Report them to the CodexFind team. The website frowns upon any kind of abusive behaviour within the website because it affects the experiences of other users while accessing the site. Should you experience any kind of offensive behaviour from other users, do not hesitate to contact the CodexFind team by using the “contact us” function.
